I purchased an e-scooter for my son, and the rear fender cracked not long after we received it. Initially, I thought it was a product fault—but after speaking with the team, I found out my son had definitely been attempting tricks (despite swearing he hadn’t!). Even the tyres showed signs of some serious action, so the damage wasn’t covered under warranty.
That said, the service I received was fantastic. The team was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They managed to squeeze me in last minute, explained everything clearly, and even completed the repair in time for me to make it to my next appointment. They also gave me a discount as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated.
