Choosing the right e-bike or e-scooter depends on your needs and preferences. If you’re commuting, a lightweight model with good range might be ideal. For off-road trails, we recommend a mountain e-bike with fat tires for better grip. Unsure what to choose? The range of our e-bikes and e-scooters can vary depending on the model and battery size, but most of our e-bikes offer a range of 50-100km per charge. Our e-scooters typically range between 25-50km per charge. Factors like terrain, and riding speed will affect the actual range.

Charging times vary depending on the battery size and model. On average, our e-bike batteries take between 4-8 hours to fully charge, while e-scooter batteries usually take 5-9 hours.

Most of our e-bikes have a top speed of 25-55 km/h depending on the model, while our e-scooters can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h. However, speed limits may vary depending on local road laws and regulations.

The maximum weight limit varies by model, but generally, our e-bikes support up to 120-150 kg, while our e-scooters can support up to 100-120 kg.

E-Bike Rentals

Booking is easy! You can book your e-bike hire directly in-store, over the phone, or online through our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy periods like weekends and holidays, to ensure availability.

No, we do not have e-bikes available for hire for kids. However, we do offer baby seats that you can hire and attach to an e-bike, so the whole family can still enjoy the ride together!

Yes, helmets are included with all our e-bikes rentals for your safety.

Our rental rates start from $35 for a half-day hire, with full-day and multi-day hire options available.

Legal & Safety Information

Yes, e-bikes and e-scooters are generally legal on public roads, but regulations can vary by state or territory. For example, in Queensland, e-bikes with a motor output of up to 250W and a maximum speed of 25km/h are allowed on roads and bike paths. It's important to always check your local laws regarding speed limits, helmet use, and where you’re allowed to ride.

Absolutely! For new riders, we recommend always wearing a helmet (it's the law), maintaining a steady speed, and familiarising yourself with your e-bike or e-scooter before hitting busy roads or trails. It's also a good idea to practice braking and turning in a safe area. Stay visible by wearing bright clothing and use lights at night. Safety first! Lastly, make sure you respect your local community and ride responsibility, follow the rules or be hit with hefty fines.

Always wearing a helmet! Additional safety gear like knee pads, elbow pads, and gloves can be useful, especially for younger riders or those tackling more challenging terrains. Lights and reflective gear are also essential for riding in low-light conditions.

Warranty & Maintenance

Yes, all of our e-bikes and e-scooters come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and specifics may vary depending on the brand and model, but typically the warranty covers the frame, motor, and battery for a certain period. Feel free to ask our team for the exact details of your model's warranty.

Just like regular bikes and scooters, e-bikes and e-scooters require routine maintenance to keep them in top condition. This includes checking tire pressure, brake function, and keeping the chain lubricated. We also recommend regular 6 month servicing for the motor and battery to ensure long-term performance

Yes, we offer full servicing and repairs for all e-bikes and e-scooters purchased from our store. Whether it’s a minor tune-up or a major repair, our experienced technicians are here to help. Book your service appointment in advance as our workshop can get busy, especially during peak periods. We may not always be able to take walk-ins, no matter how small the job may be.

Absolutely! We stock a wide range of replacement parts and accessories for e-bikes and e-scooters, including tires, batteries, chargers, and more. If you need a specific part, let us know and we’ll do our best to source it for you.

Shipping & Payment

We offer free shipping Australia-wide (except for WA/NT) on all e-bikes and e-scooters. For accessories or smaller items, we have a standard flat rate shipping cost is $19 for all orders under $200 and Free Shipping for orders over $200. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

We also offer in-store pickup if you'd prefer to collect your purchase directly from our Noosaville or Alexandra Headland stores.

At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you’re located overseas and interested in one of our products, feel free to contact us, and we can discuss potential shipping options or help find a local distributor.

Yes, we do! We offer Afterpay (up to $2000) and Humm (in-store purchases only), allowing you to ride now and pay later. This makes it easy to spread out the cost of your new e-bike or e-scooter into more manageable payments.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but generally, it takes about 2-8 business days for Capital Cities and 8-14 business days for WA/TAS/NT for your e-bike or e-scooter to arrive. We'll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you're in a rush, feel free to choose in-store pickup and get your new ride faster!

Yes, in some cases, we may request confirmation of identity to ensure the security of your purchase, especially for high-value items like e-bikes and e-scooters. This helps us prevent fraud and ensure that your order is safely delivered to the correct person. We'll notify you if any verification is required after your order is placed.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery and know when to expect your e-bike or e-scooter to arrive.
