Shipping & Delivery

At E-move Bikes, we understand the frustration of shipping charges. That's why we offer FREE* Shipping for orders over $200 or a flat $19 rate for orders under $100 within Australia!

Delivery Times

During peak seasons and shopping periods, bulky freight shipments may experience delays ranging from 7 to 20 business days. While not typical, this can occasionally occur. Refer to our estimates below for guidance.

Alexandra Headland or Noosaville QLD Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? You can do so for free at our Alexandra or Noosaville QLD. If you need assembly, an additional fee applies: $80 - $180 for E-Bikes , $40 - $65 for E-Scooters and $160-$180 for Surron or Talaria Motorcycles. Please notify our team in advance if assembly is required.

Free Shipping Exclusions*

Orders under $100 or oversized heavy items over 15kg will incur a $120 - $180 freight fee to WA, TAS & NT. Additional fees may also apply to remote locations.

Remote Locations & Islands

For remote locations, islands, or low-freight service areas, surcharges may apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust fees accordingly. Contact our team for an accurate quote if you believe this may affect you.

International Shipping

We currently don’t ship internationally.

P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless prior arrangements are made for small items under 15kg sent via Australia Post.

  •  Large Parcels: Toll Ipec (signature required)
  •  E-Bikes & Motorbikes: Toll Ipec (signature required)

Missed Deliveries

We recommend shipping to an attended address. If unavailable, consider having a friend, family member, or local bike store receive the delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout, especially for high-value items. Insurance is available for items up to $5,000. Transit damages or missing items are not covered by E-move Bikes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and usually shipped within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 16 business days, contact us at info@e-movebikes.com.au with your order number.

Estimated Delivery & Tracking

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only. Large items such as bikes and motorbikes may have longer transit times due to manual handling and road transport.

Shipping & Assembly

All products are securely boxed. Bikes and Scooters are shipped 80% assembled and may require professional assembly. Incorrect assembly may void your warranty.

Correct Shipping Information

Ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered or refunded.

Dispatching

Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.

While we do our best, shipping and delivery times are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
