Hire Policy
Before confirming your booking, please take a moment to review our Hire Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent rental experience.
1. Rental Agreement
All hires are subject to the terms outlined in our Rental Agreement. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions specified in this document.
2. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your hire.
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the hire start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the hire start time are non-refundable.
- No-shows or early returns are not eligible for refunds or credit.
4. Identification and Security
- A valid government-issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport) must be presented at the time of pickup.
- A security deposit may be required depending of the item hired. This will be refunded upon return, provided the item is in the same condition
5. Hire Conditions
- Hired items must be returned clean and in the same condition as they were received.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- The hirer is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the hired items during the rental period.
6. Responsibility and Use
- Hired equipment must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and safety instructions.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a hire if we believe the equipment may be misused or safety is at risk.
