This is a first for me. A second great review for the same company. To make a long story short I took my E-Bike in for a problem with the battery. The service they provided was OUTSTANDING. And while they had the bike they kept me updated on the progress and when to expect it back. Once again this is the type of service you seldom see anymore. I got the bike back faster than I anticipated and it was fixed. It just proves that my first review detailing their great service was spot on. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing & quick service!! Thank you! I dropped my nephews e-scooter in to get fixed as it had been with a another local scooter shop for 2 months & they were still waiting for parts. The team at the Alex Headland shop were so friendly, had all the parts on hand & I picked up the scooter that afternoon even though they were super busy. Incredible

I have just bought my second bike from e-move and they are the most helpful guys I have ever met. They really know there stuff and the service as well. It’s always a joy to walk in there. I just bought a Ampd Ace Demon and omg this bike is truly amazing. I prefer to ride than drive these days thanks to e-move. Dropped in the other day and they showed me my new transport. An Emove Roadrunner. Easy fits in your car. Just take the huge battery out and it is light. Next time the surfs up at Noosa I can park at the Junction and ride down the hill. No more parking problems. Love shopping with these guys😀😀
