The first bike Ace-X plus and deal was so good we had to buy a second one. The Ace-X pro. We are so happy with our bikes and e-moves have been great to deal with.

Excellent service and outstanding scooter
I wouldn't normally write reviews but I must admit I have been absolutely gobsmacked by the high level of service by your company and the quality of this scooter. This is my 7th escooter and the 1st purchased from your company. Previous scooters include Kaabo WW GT, Segway GT1 and emove cruiser S., which I ride 30km to work daily. Unlike many scooter companies I have dealt with, you replied to my phone calls in the same day with polite and helpful advice, and reassurance that I would receive the latest model of this scooter (which I did!). I live in Tasmania and my previous experiences with freight companies to Tassie are horrendous - often changes in freight companies at Melbourne and long delays (2-3 weeks) to deliver. You used a quality freight company (Team Global Express) who delivered straight to my door in 6 days! The scooter was in perfect condition and I have been very impressed by it's quality build and comfort. Thank you so much guys for everything and I will be sure to use you again for future purchases!
